6/15/2026 | 1608 Hours – Station 25 responded to 233 E. Lancaster Ave. for a reported odor of gas inside the building. Firefighters investigated the source of the odor, checking both the roof and third-floor office areas. Crews located a small product spill on the roof and confirmed there were no additional hazards. After the investigation was completed, the scene was turned over to the property owner and Servpro for cleanup.
