10/17/2026 | 1100 Hours – A little chilly weather couldn’t stop the fun at Party in the Park at Sharpe Park in Haverford! 🍂🎃🚒
Engine 25-1 and Command 25 spent the morning joining our neighbors for this wonderful community event hosted by the Haverford Civic Association.
Despite the cool temperatures and blustery winds, families came out to enjoy a morning filled with activities, music, and community spirit!
Pumpkin painting was a big hit with the kids, while Lincoln Drive provided the live music. Families also learned about creating “Bug Snugs” to provide shelter for overwintering insects, and local businesses generously contributed some terrific raffle prizes.
Our firefighters enjoyed spending time with residents, showing off our apparatus, answering questions, and meeting so many families from the Haverford community.
A big THANK YOU to the Haverford Civic Association for organizing such a fun event and to everyone who stopped by to say hello!
Whether we’re responding to emergencies or enjoying a morning in the park, Station 25 is always proud to be part of the communities we serve! ❤️🚒
