3/30/2025 0844 – The Building Fire dispatch was sent for 49 St James Place in Suburban Square, Ardmore, on the report of smoke in the building. Ardmore responded with the assistance of Bryn Mawr, Penn Wynne, Narberth, and Gladwyne. After a comprehensive search and consultation with Peco, an electrical problem in the area caused the issue, and Ardmore secured the scene.
