11/28/2022 18:41 – The Merion Fire Company proudly put into service our new 2022 Pierce Enforcer pumper truck.  Thanks to all those involved in the long process of making this truck a reality: The Township of Lower Merion, the Board of Commissioners, the Township Fire Committee, the Township Manager, and the Township Chief Fire Officer.  Glick Fire Equipment Company and  Matt Wiedenhaefer. The members of the Merion Fire Company, the Board of Managers, the New Truck Committee, the career staff, the Chief, and countless others who worked so hard to make this truck a reality. Thank you.

11/28/2022 18:41 – The Merion Fire Company assisted by the building fire dispatch, responded to Wynnewood Road for a reported fire in the building. A microwave in one of the apartments was found to be the problem and was made safe by the first in crews.

 

11/20/2022 12:22 – Station 25 along with the Lower Merion building response turned out for a report of a home on fire on Railroad Ave in Haverford.  First-arriving crews from Engine and Ladder 25 found a fire in a wall and quickly handled the situation.
