10/9/2022 10:00 – Members of the Merion Fire Company of Ardmore were in Emmitsburg, MD for the National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Service honoring all US firefighters killed in 2021, including Lower Merion Firefighters Sean DeMuynck and Thomas Royds. It was a beautifully solemn event befitting the sacrifice made by those being inducted into this hallowed brotherhood. It was a true honor to have been there for our brothers past.  This was the most beautiful thing that I have witnessed that I hope never to have reason to witness again.

 

10/7/2022 20:03 – Engine 25 was called to assist with an accident with injuries at Haverford Station and Lancaster. One vehicle struck a building.

10/6/2022 18:10 – The Merion Fire Company turned out with Station 26, Engine 24, and Ladder 23 for a reported building fire in the 100 block of Mill Creek Road.  First in crews found a fire on a stovetop in an apartment and quickly handled the situation.  Crews went into service dealing with smoke in the building.
