8/29/2022 19:00 – The Merion Fire company was fortunate to have the use of an acquired structure for drill Monday night. Members practiced bail-out techniques, ladder placement, horizontal and vertical ventilation, and common issues and problems were discussed in a real-world setting. It was a productive night for all involved.

 

8/28/2022 20:32 – The Company was struck out to investigate a home on the 200 block of Greenfield Ave on reports of odors of burning in the home.  The home was thoroughly investigated.

8/24/2022 17:15 – Station 25 turned out along with station 24, Engine 23, Ladder 26, and Rescue 21 to the 200 block of Grays Lane for a report of smoke in a home.  A malfunctioning AC unit was found to be the cause of the smoke and was promptly disabled and made safe.
