12/6/2025 1955 – Station 25 was dispatched to 207 Laural Lane for a report of an odor of smoke in the house. Deputy 25 arrived and found a room on fire on the second-floor rear. The fire was held in place with a water can as a 1 3/4″ hand line was advanced. The working fire dispatched was sent to the scene. Members opened up the walls and ceilings and checked for extension. The fire was placed under control in 20 minutes.
