9/28/2026 | 2126 Hours – Station 25 responded to 429 W. Montgomery Avenue for a reported odor of natural gas on the first floor of an apartment building.
Upon arrival, Ardmore firefighters investigated the building, checking for the source of the odor and any potentially hazardous conditions. After a thorough investigation, crews confirmed the building was safe and returned to quarters.
Reports of natural gas odors are always taken seriously. If you smell gas inside a building, leave the area and call 911 from a safe location.
