To help celebrate the 250th Anniversary of the United States, Merion Fire Company has proudly hung a new commemorative banner at the station.
If you’re in the area, stop by to check it out—and if you see our firefighters around the station, don’t hesitate to say hello! We always enjoy connecting with members of our community.

6/20/2026 | 1719 Hours – Engine 25 extinguished a trash can fire at 266 East Lancaster Ave.
6/16/2026 | 1300 Hours – The Merion Fire Company recently partnered with Lilly Pulitzer at Suburban Square for a special sales event benefiting our firefighters.
Chief Tom Hayden, Firefighter Sarah Scherf, and Women’s Committee Chair Beth Fuller were joined by Joanne and Kim from Lilly Pulitzer as they presented a donation check for more than $1,000!
This generous contribution will help support the work of our volunteers as they respond to emergencies and serve our community each day.
