5/17/2025 1900 – The Chief, the on-duty firefighter, and an Arman Chevrolet employee rescued a cat that had crawled into the engine component of a parked car. Great work by this crack team of cat wranglers!

5/16/2025 1456 – A full company from Ardmore responded to Merion Square Road in Gladwyne to assist with a small fire in the basement.

5/16/2025 1130 – Congratulations to Justin Bianchi on his graduation from the District of Columbia Fire Academy! Justin was awarded the “Core Values Award” at the graduation ceremony.

Justin has been assigned to DCFD Engine 30. Congratulations, Justin, that is a terrific accomplishment!

Justin joins other former Ardmore members Quinn Black and Arman Force in DC.
