4/16/2026 1200 – John Dougherty, President of the Rotary Club of Ardmore, proudly presented Tom Hayden, Chief of the Merion Fire Company of Ardmore, a check for $11,000.00, the proceeds from the annual Pancake Breakfast held in October!
This is a significant contribution to the Merion Fire Company, which depends on our community for donations just as the community depends on us for emergency services. When you dial 911 we will be there, day or night, rain or shine, no matter what help is needed. In the same way, the Rotary Club of Ardmore has stepped up once again this year by making such a generous donation.
Being part of a community is something many take for granted. Yet being part of a community means supporting each other, and the partnership between the Rotary Club and the Merion Fire Company exemplifies the support in our Ardmore community.
