12/31/2025 1356  – Station 25 turned out to 250 E. Lancaster Avenue and Chatham Road for an unknown type of fire. On arrival, crews found an electrical issue in the strip mall and an underground electrical issue. All of the affected stores were checked by crews, and the incident was turned over to PECO.

12/31/25 0038 – Engine and Ladder 25 handled an electrical fire in the 100 block of Cricket Ave.

12/30/25 1819 – Station 25 handled a smoke investigation on Anton Road that turned out to be a fire in a wall in the basement. Firefighters handled the fire and were in service for 90 minutes. This was the second fire on the same street that day.
